Double Stout with Chocolate Cake, Chilies, Cinnamon, & Milk Sugar
Ancient Power is a Pastry style Double Stout inspired by Mexican style Chocolate Cake baked with Chilies and Cinnamon. We bake hundred of pounds of our own Chocolate Cake at our in house bakery and add it to the mash tun. The beer is then conditioned on Cinnamon and Chilies for a full spectrum of flavors and just the right amount of burn. This beer is also brewed with quite of bit of Milk Sugar for a full body and sweet finish. Flavors and aromas of Melted Chocolate Bars, Cinnamon Frosting, Vanilla Whipped Cream, and smokey Chilies.
