Double Stout with Raspberries, Chocolate Fudge Brownies, & Milk Sugar
Heart Swap is an annual release brewed to celebrate Valentine's Day. We add a few hundred pounds of Chocolate Fudge Brownies baked by our in-house bakery into the mash tun for a rich, decadent, fudge-filled chocolate flavor and aroma. We then add enough Raspberries to provide just enough berry flavor without making the beer tart. The addition of Milk Sugar rounds out the body of the beer and provides a sweet finish. Flavors and aromas of Raspberry Chocolate Truffles, Brownies with a Raspberry Jam Filling, and Chocolate Ice Cream.
