Dry Hopped Lager
Pine Brook is fermented with a Lager yeast strain originating in Zürich, Switzerland from the Hürlimann Brewery. We implement this nearly 200 year old strain of Lager yeast to create a crispy, easy drinking Lager that we lightly dry hop with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. The hops provide flavors and aromas of Candied Lemon Peel, White Grape gummies, Tropical Fruit, and Orange Marmalade to complement the Crisp, Biscuit, Crackery, and easy drinking malt character.
