Kimchi is an essential component of Korean cuisine and an amazing ferment that can spice up any meal. We'll discuss basic rules, tips, and tricks of fermentation with a focus on kimchi, then apply them by making your own custom kimchi. $25 ticket includes one beer/GF option and a jar of kimchi to take home. Collecting payment for tickets onsite on the day of the event. Class size is limited.
