von Trapp Brewing
Dortmunder Style Lager
In 2025, we teamed up with von Trapp Brewing on a Dortmunder-style lager. Made with continental malts and noble hops, the limited release gave our two teams a chance to share brewing techniques and create a beer together.

Cold Hollow
Donuts & Druids
Donuts & Druids brought Cold Hollow and Burlington Beer Co. together for an apple cider donut-inspired, Wee Heavy-style amber ale brewed with spices. The 2025 limited release paired its autumn flavors with original illustrated packaging.

Barr Hill Distillery
Hawthorne Gate
For Hawthorne Gate, we worked with Barr Hill Distillery on an Irish-style stout brewed with local raw honey and juniper berries from Caledonia Spirits. The spring 2023 collaboration brought Vermont ingredients into a dark, roasty beer.

SingleCut Beersmiths
Glacier Palace
We joined SingleCut Beersmiths to brew Glacier Palace, a Cold IPA made with Vermont-grown Cascade, Willamette and Crystal hops. Its crisp profile came from a base of Pilsner malt, flaked corn and flaked rice.

Proclamation
Bring Forth the Mollusk
At our original Williston brewhouse, we brewed Bring Forth the Mollusk with Proclamation. Joe remembers the oyster stout taking its name from a Ween song. This photograph captures the teams working between the tanks during that collaboration brew day.

Go Green Pale Ale
Burlington Beer Co. was a founding partner of Vermont Green FC in 2022 and renewed the partnership for 2023. Go Green Pale Ale was part of that connection, alongside our logo on the club’s match jerseys.
